Usage Tips

Q. New notification was up, but nothing is there.
A. Your friend might have changed the setting to private!
Q. The remember me function does not work!
A. It must be because of the high security setting of the browser. If you lower the setting, you can solve the problem. If not, maintain the browser setting and log in with relaxed mind. Increase security! Improve memory!!Use Firefox. or the Chrome

Account Settings

Q. I want to change the ID, password, record URL, nickname.
A. Anything related to Recoflow account information is managed by the Set-up page. You can modify your account by logging in, going to Setup page and clicking Private Settings.
Q. How many recoflow accounts can I make?
A. There are no limits to making various accounts. However, keep inmind that you cannot use same email address for all!
Q. I forgot my password.
A. If you want to find your password, write an email to official emailWrite the email address along with problems/ questions to Recoflow. We wil email you the modified passwords.

User Report

Q. Help! Someone keeps posting strange advertisement comments!
A. Strange advertisements on record! If you see this, please report us. Please send a captured image of advertisement comment that shows the nickname to our official email. We will judge upon morality.

Bug Reports

Q. While using, the system didn’t work, or the screen blurred.
A. You must have found a bug that we could not detected. You must be frustrated but after logging in find 'feedback'in bottom of the right saide, and let us know about your problem. We will keep trying for enhancements!
